Sooo cold inside today!!!

I was here yesterday and it was busy and the service was horrible. It's not busy today and IDK if you're just understaffed but I see a lot of people standing around and the efficiency is lacking. This is my biggest complaint about this place everything else is great.

Came with some friends and their meals were great but I got the Ruben, there was hardly any meat on it and what was on was pretty hard and chewy. I have had Ruben’s at several different places and this was probably one of the worst ones I’ve ever had. I did take a picture to show but it won’t let me attach. I didn’t want to say anything there because I was with friends I don’t see often but I should have never been charged $15 for what I received. The food took a very long time to arrive as well and it wasn’t that busy. The waitress was really nice but marked down service because it took so long! I don’t think I’ll be back.

Jenny was informative and helpful in adjusting menu items to accommodate my tastes. Thank, Jenny!

Started our morning hangry, but Sunday saved! Always a great experience!!

I know it's busy, however, there are not enough folks staffed or the method of staffing isn't working. The lack of mindfulness and observation is astounding.
