Food texture was excellent, egg over easy was PERFECT, biscuit was awesome. Would have liked a bit more complex flavor on the breaded chicken and a star off because marketing hotcake syrup as maple syrup to a native Vermonter is heresy. Would have preferred straight honey or a brown sugar-based syrup over fake maple. Love the coffee mug selection and self-serve, though the coffee was very acidic and also kinda burnt. Great service and a good casual working environment.
