We had SEVERAL issues with our food. First being a large piece of plastic found in the fork it fried, Samantha was so apologetic and quick to correct the issue. Next, we had 4 custom burgers. 2 of the 4 came out correct. The one burger was missing the pork belly, the other was missing the carmelizes onions, peanut butter and the naughty sauce. Once again, Samantha was fantastic and quickly corrected these mistakes. She had a manager comp our apps, even though we told her it was not necessary and we understood that these things were not her fault by any means. Once the food was corrected, it was really good. I feel bad that Samantha is the one who has to be the one apologizing and on the forefront of this mess. Samantha is the only reason I would recommend this place and probably come back. Her customer service is excellent. Thank you for everything Samantha!

Madalyn was great!!

Food was great with exception of baked beans, may have been a bad batch or just end-of-day leftovers. Didn't taste like much but were bordering on burnt. Might be a fluke, rest of the experience was great
