Why can’t I apply this payment to my CB&C app/account to accrue points? From what I can tell, the CB&C app/loyalty program is worthless. I spend a bunch of money and there seems to be no way to get credit for it in the program.

Always great service and food prepared to perfection! I recently made an error ordering. I was not paying attention when I should have and somehow got fries instead of Tater Tots. When I mentioned it, I soon received a cereal bowl of Tater Tots — no charge! Who does that except a business that values their customers! I’ll be back for sure!
