Disappointing service! The server took our appetizer order and didn’t come back till nearly 1/2 hr later to ask if we wanted refills. Ours drinks were empty so of course we did we also wanted to order dinner so my husband had to tell her and she knew before we wanted dinner because we were asking what meals she recommends. My burger was overcooked, it was well done dry and burnt and I asked for med well. The spicy mayo was too spicy, server said it wasn’t really spicy. I asked for mayo instead and she never brought it out… I had to ask a mgr that was sitting at a table for mayo because she clearly forgot because she was too busy doing her side jobs. Tots were also crunchy and overcooked. 2nd time in here and VERY DISAPPOINTED service was awful!! I’d LOVE a call from a manager 520-982-4768
