Adriana needs a little more training on billing.

Our waitress was overwhelmed and showed her frustration while helping us during Father’s Day.

Bad service, bad food, incorrect order and when told they would take it off the bill, it was not. That was paid for, but sub par service. Probably won’t be back to this location. Not what I’d expect from CBCB

Ella or Elle our server was okay, even though she was really slow, she started nice and we were very patient. She charged us extra for bacon that was already on the burger even though we asked for it on the side. We let her know and she adjusted the check. Not a big deal, but after we all tipped and walking out, she shook her head at us like we were bothering her. We were not the problem and tipped well, and to be disrespected for no reason is crazy. The manager served us more than she did. This place seemed very patriotic and as a veteran, she did not make me feel welcome or want to ever come back.

Asking if I want my burger red, pink, or no color was really confusing and we had to change our orders.

Do not ask me what color I want the burger go off of what everyone does (rare, medium-rare, well done). Insanely confusing 😞😞
