our server alyssa had terrible customer service skills, she was snatching our menus, aggressively taking dishes away, dismissive and rude tone. we felt rushed when she was taking our order even though we had to wait 20-25 minutes before she took it, we finished our drinks before anyone came around and ended up having to wave someone over to take our order. Only THEN did she come over and “help” us. A man who i believe might be a manager helped us and was very kind and brought us our drinks and food. not to mention it took us about 7 minutes to even get seated and it wasn’t busy at all. terrible service tonight and im very disappointed because normally the service is amazing. we visited 12/13/25.
