Great service

Came on a Tuesday that are apparently routinely short staffed. It seemed like the place wasn't very busy, but it still took an exceptionally long time to place our order, receive our food, then to receive our check. We opted to pay on our phone so that we wouldnt have to wait longer. Also, we paid for a ranch that we never ended up receiving. We are here often, but this was a disappointing experience this time. We will see you next time, but not on a Tuesday.

Killer service, get some good beer cheese for these awesome pretzels!!!!

Cold, turn the heat on

Unfortunately the service was not great, but the rest of the experience was ok. Server saw us come in, did not even look at let alone acknowledge us for about 30 minutes after we sat down. The table that came in before us had there order taken and drinks deliverd before our menus were even brought to us. No apology, no acknowledgement nothing. It was. Wednesday night and the place was not busy at all. Another employee, seemed to be a bus boy was chatting with a guest for 15 minutes then decided to clean some tables, he did not acknowledge us either sad. It's unfortunate the basic principles of customer service were not tended to.
