Overall experience was fair. Staff was hospitable and cleaning but the experience was as I said mediocre. You should spend more time training your staff and building them. Oralia was friendly, and motivated - exactly the kind of staff that you want so you can build upon their intrinsic attributes and skills. There were a couple of misses but from my experience, that’s an indication of shift changeover, not due to her desire to do the best.
There is a mismatch between the level of quality that you’re aiming for and the level that you are delivering.
