We have a lovely time. However, I think the “grown up grilled cheese” is in no way a grilled cheese, so it should be renamed.

This is not a grilled cheese. It has a lot of stuff on it that isn’t cheese, and it’s not dippable. Everything would fall out if you tried. This should not be called a grilled cheese.
