She was fabulous. So thankful! The last time I had a guy who was awful and had terrible service andwould not let me do Apple Pay or pay by phone and I think it is because the service was so lousy that he didn’t want the feedback. The lady tonight was fabulous. I am a local and I will be back! Thank you for a fabulous evening

Jess M was a horrible server. Two filets were ordered medium and were beyond well done. The sirloin was ordered medium well and was medium rare - completely red. No apology. I asked her to please advise manager after I showed her. She never did. I checked with the manager at the end as I thought it was odd no one came to check. So not worth it. I’m never bringing guests visiting to Dukes after this really terrible experience. I always tip at least 25%. This is the first time I only tipped 16% on a $200 bill and she truly didn’t deserve it. She was inattentive, seemed bothered, while all the other servers were pleasant, attentive and engaged / energetic. It’s a shame.

Too much onion in beet salad - tasted like onion salad as opposed to beet salad; Not enough rice in servings; while side rice was offered and then credited, the awkwardness to address this spoiled the experience - sadly.; Server/waiter did his best to handle situation but at these price points and tip expectations it is frankly inexcusable; Please take this feedback constructively - it is my intent. The food was otherwise very tasty. Ilias
