Cecillo was amazing!

I don’t know if Dinalee was overwhelmed or just a bad server, but our experience was awful. We have been here since 5:30. We were waiting for some party members (party of 12) but it took the food over 1 hour to come out and more the 1/2 the table had cold food. It’s now 8:52 and I’m still here. The waitress never came back for refills or to check how everything was. My enchilada was cold and cheese was rubbery. My husbands mini chimis came out wet inside and the manager did take those back. A lot of restaurants are short staffed now, but maybe don’t book parties you can’t support with limited staffing. In addition, we were celebrating a birthday, we asked the manager for a birthday song. Hasn’t happened yet. Further, the server didn’t ask who was on what bill. She guessed and then handed the difference to me and we had to wait again while she went back and had to fix it. Leaving hungry from a restaurant I just spent $50 at is the worst part. Worst experience out in a long time. New management and servers are neeeded. I would consider an overhaul.

Good was tasteless and really oily

Waitress got my order wrong. I had to wait 5 minutes, past the rest of my party.
