Trout was stinky and with a strong fish smell.

Server was dope af She had a great idea about hammocks by the river. Y’all should totally do that. :3

Birthday boy burger was pink , not well done as per order . Kinda bummed with an hour n half drive for our family . Gristmill is his annual bday choice , I was disappointed. He lost his appetite biting the burger and tasting mushy & seeing the very pink patty . They quickly did bring him his requested well done burger as well as my daughter packing hers to go. Sadly he didn’t eat his entree and I’m knot sure if we will return next year . Staff was wonderful . Other food was mediocre , cold and definitely not leaving a good impression for our family that was new to Gristmill. We had a party of 20 . Again grateful to our servers , I don’t know their names . They were very friendly and attentive!
