Mellow Mushroom Brier Creek

All good!

Had to ask twice for a drink order. No apology. Also ordered thin crust but got regular. Didn't get the feeling the server cared much.

Unfortunately, I think Robert was overwhelmed so his service was subpar. He may benefit from more support and further training on how to serve through frustration/ask for help.

Go chiefs!!!!

I really like this place. Just besides playing games with your family and spending time with them and it is a very good atmosphere to have fun at with family and friends. And whoever overall, this place is a 10/10😊

Front staff needs to be more focused and professional when taking care of customers orders and learn not to have headphones( ear buds) in while at work.

Nah was wonderful and friendly

I tend to choose Mellow Mushroom for an experience that doesn’t feel like Papa Johns (no shade for anyone who likes PJ). We traveled further to this particular location because the one near my apartment is usually subpar. While I understand that it was getting closer to closing time, and yes, working on a Tuesday night sucks—I felt the need to write something. It takes a lot for me to usually review businesses, but sometimes it is necessary. I’m not one for not tipping because people deserve to feel appreciated at work (yes, I still tipped per usual). However, I did not feel super welcome. I felt like an obstacle in the way of closing chores. It was odd to say the least, but we tried to smile in hopes to lighten the mood. It did not matter.

Water tastes funky.

Nyah- is a new employee and she was amazing ! My experience today was amazing ! Thanks Nyah
