Mellow Mushroom Hickory

The food was actually really good, and our server was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and honestly the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, the wait time was ridiculous. When we arrived, there were only two other couples in the restaurant. First, we were told they didn’t have what they needed to make the drinks we ordered, which was disappointing but understandable. What wasn’t understandable was waiting over an hour for a four-piece pizza. To make it even more frustrating, parties that arrived after us were getting their food before we did. For such a small order, especially with the restaurant being nearly empty when we arrived, the wait was way too long. The food was good and our server deserves all the credit, but the kitchen wait seriously took away from the experience.

Waited over 45 minutes for a salad and over an hour for a buffalo chicken wrap. Only was offered half price for those 2 items. Poor management.

Never checked if lime our food, had to flag down another server to find ours for more water.
