Mellow Mushroom Hickory

Food was delicious and the server was attentive. Just disappointed because I was told the tots were only $1 extra and it was $2.99. I’ve never been charged extra for ranch and it was $1.50. And I asked for a half of a wrap and got a whole one.

I was disappointed with management. I asked for the garlic aioli on the side, but they put it on top. Our waitress apologized. I asked to have it comped since it was prepared wrong. The waitress asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I said yes. The manager never came to our table despite making eye contact with me and passing out table several times. I did learn that it was comped when I received the bill which I was grateful for. I would’ve understood her not facing me if I had been troublesome or angry. I was not as the waitress can attest too. They were not crowded so the manager wasn’t overly busy. I just think if you are going to lead in a service industry, you need to be able to speak to customers. She was blatantly not going to do that. Just bad management in customer service!

Hostess took forever seating us when there was nobody else waiting. Then she sat us a a table with the air blowing directly on the table and would not move us even when there were numerous empty tables available.
