We come here very often, and the atmosphere on our visit 9/6 was not great. Food was good, but it felt like we were unwanted. It is Labor Day weekend, but hardly anyone was here. Our kids wanted to play outside which is half the reason we come here, and it felt like they wanted us to hurry up so they could close up outside. We got asked at 7:30pm if we were done playing games (we were not, closing time is 9pm), and they didn’t turn on the outside play area lights. We had to get up to ask for straws, silverware, plates… bill was incorrect and had to ask to have it corrected, had to ask multiple times for to go boxes. Overall a disappointing visit, which is tough to swallow when we’re spending over $100.
