The young lady Althea at the checkout counter Was extremely rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what. Did not greet me. Did not look happy that she had to help me. It was a to go order. She seemed a little pissed that I wanted to use Apple Pay from my phone. Period as a customer service manager very inappropriate very unprofessional, especially for guests that are coming in on their lunch hour. When she had me my bag with my food in it, she reached from afar and said ‘here’!

The first server we had was very Rude we had to ask for another server Immediately she gave comments throughout her Shift as well, not professional at all

My family and I went out to dinner tonight to celebrate my dad's birthday, which is especially poignant since he recently passed away. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the unpleasant service we received from our initial server, Althea. She had a terrible attitude, complained about our party of nine being too large, and rushed us through our order. After enduring her behavior for a few minutes, we felt compelled to ask for a manager and were assigned a new server, Rayshon, who did a great job and we much appreciated. However, throughout our meal, we couldn't help but overhear Althea making disparaging remarks about us to other staff and customers, even slamming doors in frustration. We chose to remain silent during our meal to salvage the evening, but I did speak to the manager before leaving, and he assured me he would address the issue with her. I sincerely hope action is taken, as her behavior is unacceptable in customer service, and I believe some form of compensation is warranted for our experience.
