Order was messed up multiple times and server very rude.

Early closing. Walked in 1.5hrs before closing and was told had to wait to check if kitchen could accommodate (place was empty). Doors were locked 30 minutes later despite not closing for another hour. Order was wrong, service was delayed, had to remind waiter of things asked for. Whom I believe to be manager came over to assist and she was nice but overall, the visit left a sour note in my mouth.

we absolutely love OTB, and our server was wonderful. My only complaint is the contactless fee. Seems like a pretty ridiculous upcharge to me

Your server had a little bit of a hard time understanding what we wanted to order, but overall, it was a good experience. I think he needs a little bit more training.
