Server Bruno brought water and meal at the same time. We are a regular customer of OTB every few weeks, usually we get water, chips and salsa (2) for 2 people and only got 1 this time. Then we ordered queso which never came so we had to cancel it. Food was medicore and cold. Cheese was not even melted in tacos. Maybe your server was tired when there is literally 2 other tables being served in entire restaurant. Do better for customer experience
