Focus more on the authenticity of the food. The refried beans taste like they are canned

Don’t charge extra for contactless payment. That’s ridiculous

The convenience fee is silly. I had to do it today because we were in a rush, but I ordinarily don’t.

Lighting

I don’t think I was a jerk to my server at all, but my margarita was pure salt, and I didn’t get any salt on the rim. My food order wasn’t put in and I sat there for almost 45 min thinking the kitchen was slow, only to find out they never saw my order. I was already having a horrible evening, and I just wanted to get back to my hotel and sleep. The quality of food wasn’t as great as I had remembered way back when
