Wait time for service took over 10 minutes. The drink order and a meal order were wrong 3 times. Manager was very nice and did provide a complimentary dessert.

Tell people ahead of time about charging this business expensive for the company’s convenience to the diner. Seriously bad business practice then up the top from the receipt to include the “convenience fee” hat the business should be paying not the customer. And then have the gall to ask for a 30-40% tip on top. Exactly how many fees are we supposed to pay. I’m sorry this is not a service nor convenience for ME but for the business. It’s my time and effort to use this upngo app.
