Puckett's Columbia

Ribs were cold and burnt. No flavor.

Understaffed. We waited for 15min to be greeted and our drink order taken. Love Puckett’s will probably not return to this location.

Our waitress was wonderful

Service and food isn't what it use to be. The catfish I ordered was a little dark and my spouses pork was dry. We didn't complain because it was busy and we don't like to overload the server.

There's black mold around the beer spouts, the juice was left out the hour we were there. The bar area was a total mess.

I only saw two servers so I think they might have been short staffed tonight, but they held it down! Many compliments to our waitress

Wish there were comfortable booth seats. Hard Table seats are awful. No one likes them.

Absolutely loved the food and Ellie!!! She was sweet and definitely needs a shoutout!

Annie was a great server. She was kind and very attentive!
