Food came out at a normal expected time, Food was cold, server was nice, I ordered pulled pork with corn bread which looked great on top but the opposite side was completely missing! The person that brought our food turned out to be the manager and when I asked for another piece he said that’s just how we make it! I said can I at lease have a whole piece he reluctantly said ok and then never brought it. I ordered a meat and 3 and only received 2 again when I asked the manager he reluctantly and seemed frustrated said sure let me see what I can do! Completely blown away my wife went to find him to tell him our disappointment and he replied “sorry I have only been here 2 weeks and I keep hearing complaints”!!! Your the manager! Maybe it’s you!

The mac and cheese was overcooked, dried out and cold- you shouldn’t charge extra for something that awful. Portions were very small. And you didn’t have any deep fried brownie sundaes, which is the whole reason we came in. And the waiter barely came to check on us. We’ve been to Puckett’s many times, and know what to expect. This was a horrible visit.
