Server was fantastic. But We have come to Puckett’s for 16+ years between downtown, Franklin and Hendersonville and were extremely disappointed to see the Country Fried Steak removed from the menu. We have always loved it and it was one of the main reasons we came. We both ordered Chicken Fried chicken instead and the gravy was very thin and it just wasn’t the level of food quality that we typically expect from pucketts. Please consider bringing back Country Fried Steak.

Food was delicious my favourite was the berry tea and brownie. Service was 10/10 very attentive and staff very kind. Payment was so easy especially to split bill online without making a fuss really appreciate it 🥰
