Puckett's Pigeon Forge

It’s our first time in Puckett’s. Great service from Madelyn! Food came out quick, fresh and hot. Everything was delicious. Very family friendly atmosphere.

Gary was very helpful. He was friendly and informative. Food was great as well

The Mac and cheese was Mac and barely any cheese. Most of the food had no flavor, very unfortunate for a barbecue spot.

Service was great. Waitress was very nice and helpful on our decision on what to pick to eat. Food came out very quick and the taste was immaculate. Would definitely come back!

Waitress did not introduce herself at all during the dining experience. Was very inattentive. And lacked customer service overall. Food was good but the server definitely made the experience not the best.

Madelyn was super sweet I loved the experience! We came in right before close and we hated to do it but we were starving! We were traveling from out of state and we were so hungry and she served us so well and was just so polite and perfect! Tell her we loved her and appreciate everything she did!
