Food was cold. Chicken on the salad was very dry and tasteless. Had to ask for silverware. Overall a pretty crappy experience. Doubt I will return

No offers for refills, only checked on us once. Dragged tables and chairs across floors where you couldn't hear person next to you. Very unprofessional. Steak was rare, asked for medium. No flavor to food.

I have been a Spirit's devotee for years, and the service and food is always great. Tonight was the exception. The nachos were horrible and I will not order those again. Worse though however was that I ordered a martini, got the wrong drink, and had to send it back. When the waitress returned with the martini, it had absolutely no gin in it. It was like straight olive brine and shaved ice. My wife hates gin and even she couldn't taste or smell it in my cup. I did order a second martini after speaking with the waitress and it was perfect, but I am admittedly frustrated over paying full price for a drink that was first wrong then dreadfully ill-made. Even so, I'm still a Spirit's fan and will be back again and again.
