Turning Point - Warrington

I asked for a custom omelet specifying bacon and I was given ham ham is not bacon I should have been asked if I wanted a substitution also the side was just pineapple and blueberries that’s not was explained when I asked what’s in the salad. The point of going out to eat and enjoying the experience is getting what I’m promised but most importantly what I ordered. Lastly every glass at my table was dirty and/or scratched?!?

I loved the eggs

Waited to be served and closed out longer than I actually ate. I noticed another table who was seated after us received food before we did. Very frustrating when you have to keep a toddler occupied while waiting. I had to make a second request for whipped cream which we got when the food came, not with my drink. In addition, I ordered the Vanilla Chai Tea (hot) which was very watered down and tasted nothing like in the past from prior visits. Not the usual pleasant experience we’re used to at this location.

Our server was super nice! I unfortunately don’t remember his name but he was blonde with curls. He was amazing and super friendly. And was very quick when attending to his tables.
