Burgatory - Waterfront

Having been to Burgatory many times, this experience was subpar in every way. Service was terrible, milkshake was a watery mess, burger was missing the sauce I chose, it was burnt despite picking “pink”. Old fries. Baked beans looked like they got stuck in the pot for a few days and tasted like it. No idea what happened here as this was always one of my favorite places. Even the booth had a broken down seat that leaned you toward falling off under the table.

About time Apple Pay was added

Thank you!

Music was a bit loud on the patio

Waitress was great for how busy they were!

Excellent food, service and music while we watched college football. What could be better??!!

James was awesome 10/10 first time experience give him a raise and a promotion… his own restaurant maybe #Jamesforpresident

My waitress Qamara was excellent! :) ❤️

This is my first time at this location.. I’ve been going to a different one so I thought their standard was correct/the best until I came here.. the presentation and taste and service of my food was amazing. It makes me wish I didn’t rate the other location so high now that I know what it’s really supposed to be like.

So loud in here!!
