I ordered a Mango Margarita but received a drink that tasted almost entirely like lime juice. When I brought the issue to the attention of the manager, Mark, his response was dismissive. He stated, “Well, you drank it,” and continued with what I felt were sarcastic and condescending remarks. My concern was not simply about the drink. It was the lack of professionalism and customer service in the way the situation was handled. Mark did not offer to replace the drink, correct the issue, or make any effort to address my concern. After he walked away, I went to the bar and ordered the same Mango Margarita again. To my surprise, the second drink was completely different. It actually had the expected mango flavor and the taste of tequila, confirming that the first drink had not been prepared the same way. I brought this difference to Mark’s attention, but once again, he offered no meaningful response or explanation. I intend to contact the corporate office regarding this experience and Mark’s conduct. At a minimum, I believe an apology is appropriate for the manner in which I was treated.

Kaitlyn was polite and courteous. Friendly smile and presence was comforting.
