Took 40 minutes for flatbread and mozzarella sticks. Never got them. No one even communicated that it would be a long wait. They could ve paid for my drink

Jerraysha was our fantastic server! She was kind, attentive and efficient without being over the top—such an excellent representative of the quality people expect when eating at Maggiano’s. She should be in charge of training future servers. Thank you for starting my business trip off on a high note.
