Our server was working so hard. There was no way she could keep up with her work load. We ran out of drinks. Long wait to get the 1 refill we did get. All while the manager was standing around. Watching the tv’s at times. Tried looking busy by rearranging the menus multiple times. He never rounded on tables. Never lifted a finger to help his server or to check on his restaurant. Your manager on this night will run your servers out and loose business and that’s unfortunate because your food is great.

Disappointed in the waitress. She did not care about my 20% VIP card. And then my points were not accurately reflected to my account for this purchase. I get she had a long day, but she basically didn’t care about anything except getting us out the door. Leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth about going back.
