No leadership. Everyone is just doing every job and it is chaotic. Some people just stand around and do nothing and then there are people doing it all and stressing out and making mistakes. Items were dropped on the ground and then used again without sanitizing or discarding. The food runners should be the wait staff and the wait staff should be running food
