Understand the food environment today, but the quality and portions are below average now versus history and other Turning Points. Also the fact that we were told that my wife could not use her birthday reward even though her app and email showed it was valid was an uncomfortable discussion that we chose to just pay and leave. Training of staff needs to improve to handle situations. Leaving the server on an island without the manager touching the table to have that discussion is ridiculous.
