No need to charge convenience fee for automatic payment. Service was very slow despite nearly empty restaurant.

Breakfast was delicious but just wasn’t hot.

We’ve been Turning Point customers for 5 years, primarily in the Sea Girt location. This was our first time at the new Ocean location. It was a disappointing experience when you contrast it with the hospitality and service we’ve come to expect from Turning Point. To begin, we sat for just under 15 minutes before I had to go inform the hostess that we had not been acknowledged by a server. All while seeing servers standing in a group chatting, and other parties being sat and served. When we were finally acknowledged, the server was apathetic. Being that it was our first time at this location, I can’t tell if this was a typical experience, or if the front of house team was just off their game. Also, this location lacked the “soul” that I’ve experienced at other locations. It feels corporate and cold. Combined with the lack of quality service, we won’t be dining at this location again. As a restaurant owner myself, I’d be concerned about this type of behavior in my front of house team. I didn’t leave a google review because I believe ownership should be made aware of these things instead of anonymously bashing a restaurant. I’m happy to provide additional feedback if it’s helpful. Very slow service

Not enuf cinnamon on the cinnamon roll pancakes and they were cold.

Our server was super nice & very attentive

Amanda customer service was phenomenal. I can tell she’s a great asset to the team. thank you for her.
