Turning Point - Brick

Worst service....Karen never checked on us after our food was delivered. Eggs were overcooked, potatoes were undercooked, the English muffins were barely toasted or warm with no butter on them. The restaurant was NOT busy and we couldn't find a server to flag down to have our order addressed. We used to love coming here, but the service and food quality don't instill desire to revisit. Used to be great, now it's terrible.

Ordered, server comes and says the gas line is broken and then we are charged for coffee and drinks. WTH????

Family of 5 - excellent

Did not have a good experience, took over 45 minutes for our food, waitress was not very attentive and kept forgetting things and would help other tables before us, even though she knew we were waiting and this has happened the last 3 times at this location. Most likely will NOT be going back. :(
