David was wonderful and attentive

Kitchen was exceptionally slow. Server was great and explained about the slow kitchen which we appreciated the update

Wonderful staff very nice!

This was not a good experience. The folks behind us were sat a few minutes after us and were taken care of quickly. They put their full order in before we were able to ask a random waiter to help us and he wasn’t sure how to take our order. Our hot chocolate and oj took a while to come out and I didn’t taste want espresso in the hot chocolate like I had asked to be added in. Someone brought us water but never introduced themselves to us at all and then only dropped off our food much later on. The pancake for my son had tiny black specs on it which was confusing. My Wilbur skillet had undercooked potatoes and the bacon was like bacon bits rather than chopped bacon. The avocado was actually nicely ripe but overall the food was not good. The experience was really not good. We come often and have felt like things are slipping. A manager came by and asked how we were but I was honestly just so anxious and annoyed to leave that I asked them for our check. She never brought it, just the server that we saw in the beginning dropped it off.
