You'll get a dedicated QR code per location that your restaurant guests can scan.
After scanning, they can enter the check number, payment amount, and server name. Then they'll be prompted to enter a tip and select a payment method. Since guest will pay through their own phones and cellular connections, it will continue to work if any or all restaurant systems and connectivity go down.
All payments are secure and PCI compliant. Additionally, we fully authorize and capture all payments in real-time so you can be sure that payment is captured, unlike when spooling with a POS.

No POS Needed
Our POS Crash Kit is also a great way to use Up 'n go in your restaurant if you either don't have a POS, or have a POS that isn't yet integrated with Up 'n go.

With spooling, you're not verifying that funds are available. With our crash kit, we properly authorize and capture payment. This way you can be sure that you only accept cards that are approved for payment.
When guests pay with Up 'n go in this way, they are connecting directly from their phones over the cellular network to Up 'n go. If your restaurant Internet is still down, you'll still be able to collect payment.
